Maanshan Lijian started in 1998 and operates as a Chinese direct manufacturer rather than a trading-only supplier. The factory covers about 6,000 square meters in Bowang, Maanshan, close to Nanjing Lukou International Airport, which supports convenient sample delivery, batch shipment and export logistics. The factory focuses on food machinery blades, replacement knives and non-standard custom blades for meat, seafood, poultry, fruit and vegetable, bakery and food packaging equipment. Around 80% of the machine tools in the workshop are CNC equipment, supporting stable control of blade profile, mounting holes, thickness, heat treatment, edge geometry and surface finish. Monthly capacity exceeds 1 million pieces, with support for drawing-based customization, sample-based replacement, small-batch sampling and repeat production. Typical projects can be arranged around 7-day sampling and 30-day delivery.
