For cut-off, describe the blade and mating surface. For perforation, specify the cut-and-bridge pattern and required tear behavior, with a sample of the finished packaging.
Film slitting
Identify the installed knife arrangement, film specification and intended strip width. Include the mounting and opposing components where applicable.
Provide fault evidence
