What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ is flexible and depends on the blade type and material. We support small trial batches and repeat orders — tell us your target quantity and we will advise.
How long do samples and batch production take?
Samples are usually about 7 days and batch delivery about 30 days, depending on profile complexity, material and quantity.
Which materials and hardness can you provide?
We select stainless and wear-resistant tool steels according to food contact, corrosion, cutting load and target service life, with heat treatment to the required hardness range.
Do you make replacement and OEM blades for existing machines?
Yes. We produce replacement and OEM blades matched to your machine's fit, hole pattern and cutting performance, and keep records for consistent reordering.
How are blades packed for export?
Blades receive anti-rust treatment and protective packing for international transport, arranged for safe shipping and customs clearance.

Does a machine model guarantee compatibility?
No. A model helps identify the request, but the installed part may have revisions or modifications. Confirm the drawing, mounting dimensions and orientation before approving a replacement.
Can you specify the material from a photograph?
A photograph can support identification of shape and condition, but does not establish a material grade. Provide available material records or agree any identification work needed.
Does an example report certify my order?
No. Confirm that order documents identify your sample or batch and address the agreed requirements. Published examples show the type of inspection, not acceptance of every product.
