Bakery & Bread Blades
Serrated and straight blades for bread slicing, bakery cutting and snack processing lines.
Bakery & Bread Blades
Describe the bread, pastry or snack product and its condition at the cutting stage. Record the existing blade arrangement and intended cut rather than selecting a blade from length alone.
Typical Applications
Typical Equipment
Materials
Material should support fine edge retention and regular production cleaning.
Edge Geometry
Tooth geometry is tuned for bread texture, snack density and cutting speed.
Choose bread and bakery blades by product condition
Provide product and cut details
State product size, condition at slicing, target slice thickness and the machine model. If tearing or excess crumbs are the concern, include photos of the result and note when the issue occurs.
Document teeth and attachment
For a serrated blade, record tooth profile, pitch and orientation. Include the blade length, width, thickness and end or mounting details from the drawing or removed blade.
Agree a representative trial
Confirm fit before evaluating cut quality with the intended product. Keep the trial conditions and approved blade reference so later comparisons are meaningful.
